HELP FIND THE "ONE FOR JASMINA"
Help Save A Life
Jasmina Anema is a six-year-old girl dying from leukemia. She has a rare form of leukemia and doctors believe that she could die within two months unless she receives a bone-marrow transplant. As Jasmina is adopted, and has no natural siblings, she will need a marrow donor to survive. To find a perfect bone marrow donor will be extremely difficult, because African-Americans make up only 8% of the bone marrow registry and have more diverse tissue types. “It’s one in a million,” Anema said. “We really need the African-American community to step up,” says Jasmina’s mother.

”One For Jasmina” was established to find a bone marrow donor for six-year-old Jasmina. Celebrities like Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, and NBA star Paul Pierce, have already stepped to the plate and so can you. If you are 18-55 years old you can order a do-it-yourself registration kit HERE. All it takes is sending a swabbed sample of the inside of your mouth to see if you can be a match to save a life.
Tell as many people as you know about this precious girl’s story. Also, please pray for Jasmina’s health, and for the strength of her family. For more information on how you can help, visit www.oneforjasmina.com.
